Your idea about having two tracks is interesting, and was echoed by other attendees. Then again, some said they really liked having just one "track". It's tough to please everyone! The concern I have with multiple tracks is that it calls for two rooms at least, along with the timing to bring everyone together for combined sessions and a way to balance attendance when they're split out. And all the other things that larger conferences have to face. Maybe having one room for the presentation, and another for "hangin' out and jawin'" with the non-presenter is an option.
