Nutty Religious Nuts
- Robertson called for the assassination of Venezuela’s president: why does this man have a TV show? Shouldn’t he be arrested for making terrorist threats?
- Robertson apologizes for assassination call: Seems he “apologized” while at the same time comparing Hugo Chavez to Saddam Hussein and Adolf Hitler. Then Robertson clarifies that when he said “take him out” he didn’t mean “assassinate” and the media “misinterpreted him.” So, really, he didn’t apologize at all, he just made excuses. Sheesh, you’d think that a man who talks to God would be a little more precise in his language.
